During these difficult and unprecedented times, Samaritans are providing essential mental health support and advice.
We have also extended our returns policy to 90 days.
2for2
Every time you buy from Tom & Dick's, you are helping to support our charitable initiatives via our 2for2 campaign.
1. For every sale made, 2% is donated to Mancunian Way, a charity facilitating real change for individuals affected by homelessness and mental health problems in Manchester.
2. Every customer has the opportunity to fill the box their bedding was delivered in with unwanted everyday items, which we will then distribute to local charities in Manchester.
Giving back
Making a difference and helping those in need was one of the many reasons we started Tom & Dick’s. One of our main commitments from day one is our 2for2 initiative: 2% of all sales proceeds are donated to charities supporting two causes close to our heart – mental health and homelessness.
We have been supporting these causes directly, but we have very quickly realised we do not have the expertise to help in a meaningful way. That’s why we’re bedding specialists after all!
Mancunian Way
Along that journey we met a chap called Nick Buckley (now MBE – fancy!). He set up a charity called Mancunian Way in 2011. Having spent a few months learning about them and their work, we decided to partner with them and they will receive all the funds raised through the 2for2 initiative.
Mancunian Way runs a homeless employment project aimed at securing employment opportunities for rough sleepers, former homeless individuals and those at risk of homelessness, whilst taking the time to support and improve the mental wellbeing of those they help – in a unique, Mancunian Way!
Fill your box
In addition to donating 2% of our sales to Mancunian Way, we are also giving you the opportunity to fill the box your bedding came in with a variety of everyday items — postage is on us. We will then donate the items to local charities in Manchester.

How to get involved
In order to get a free returns label for your box, drop us a note at hello@tomanddicks.co.uk. We will also be able to send you a list of items currently required by our local charity partners. These can usually include clothes, books, stationery, etc. Unfortunately, we can currently only offer the 'Fill your box' service to UK mainland customers.
